This page is updated farily frequently, but not automatically, so it might not have the absolute newest binaries, but they should be within a few days old.
I am working on getting some automation set up to automatically update the binaries, but I dunno when that will happen.

If you don't see your ESP device in the list of devices to choose, you might need to install the drivers.
